SM-2 Water Film Displacement Rust Preventive Oil
I Purpose:
¡¡¡¡ It can directly remove the left cleaning agent after the metal parts and components are dehydrated. The cleaning agent can be quickly removed after the processed workpieces are directly put into the oil, meanwhile one layer of rust preventive film will be attached on the surface to protect the metal from rust and it fits for rust preventive treatment in the process of working.

  III Method of Application:
¡¡¡¡1. Dehydration test and rust proof test should be carried out according to density of the cleaning agent if this agent is used for the first time, and it can be used after assuring that it is effective on SM-2.
¡¡¡¡2. Dehydration period in the SM-1 depends on speed of the cleaning agent and size of the workpieces. Generally speaking, it is from 30 seconds to one minute. The parts need to be swayed after immerging, workpieces with groove or foramen cecum should be turned over and swayed. Brushing and coating method can also be used to dehydrate and seal the large scale workpieces and equipment. If the whole metal is attached with one layer of thin and transparent oil film, dehydration is completely finished. There should not be water bubble or air bubble on the oil film.
¡¡¡¡3. Bottom of the oilcan must be designed into taper type with valve so that cleaning agent and infectant at the bottom can be periodically removed. Mobile metal net or multi-hole disc should be equipped 100mm away from bottom of the groove. The above two measures can prevent the oil layer from deteroprating and keep the dehydrating effect and rust proof quality.

¡¡¡¡1. Packing, mark, storage, transportation, mixing, check and accept are all carried out according to SH0164.
