SM-1 Water Film Displacement Rust Preventive Oil
I Purpose:
　　 SM-1 Water Film Displacement Rust Preventive Oil is one latest type of rust and cleaning agent remove oil and it can directly remove the left cleaning agent after the metal parts and components are dehydrated. The cleaning agent can be quickly removed after the processed workpieces are directly put into the oil, meanwhile one layer of rust preventive film will be attached on the surface to protect the metal from rust.
        SM-1 has high substitution property and has good dehydration effect on following cleaning agent:
        816（Harbin）, QX-1303（Nanjing）, 664（Shanghai）, 77-1（Changzhou）, 77-2（Changzhou）, 32-1（Beijing）, 74-1（Beijing）, GY-1（Guangzhou）, Yizhihua LV Type （Wuhan）Rust preventive effect of metal parts after dehydration. Moreover, the product also has substitution property and adhesion preventive performance which well fit for rust prevention. This product fits for workpieces and equipment that are damp and need to be dehydrated the cleaning agent and sealed with oil after the surface activity is washed.
        SM-1 Water Film Displacement Rust Preventive Oil is divided into two kinds: condensed type and diluted type: the condensed type can be packed into 170kg barrel or 15kg small size packing and can be used after completely mixing with four times coal oil, or 2.5times gasoline without changing the effect of dehydration while the rust preventive period will be prolonged to 6months or one year. The diluted type can be packed into 160kg barrel and it can be used directly after opening the barrel.

  Remark: the sheets should be directly laminated after immerging into the oil without drying.  
     
  III Notices :
　　1. Choose cleaning agent proper to SM-1 conforming to stated density, other chemicals should not be freely added or element of the cleaning agent will change which will lower the effect of dehydration. Dehydration test and rust proof test should be carried out if it is not the stated cleaning agent or other chemicals need to be added into the cleaning agent. It can be used after assuring that the SM-1 is effective. 908 coolant can be used.
　　2. The cleaned workpieces should be directly immerged into the SM-1 to have dehydration. It is forbidden to immerge after cleaning with tap water, or the surface will not be dehydrated.
　　3. Dehydration period in the SM-1 depends on speed of the cleaning agent and size of the workpieces. Generally speaking, it is from 30 seconds to one minute. The parts need to be swayed after immerging, workpieces with groove or foramen cecum should be turned over and swayed. Brushing and coating method can also be used to dehydrate and seal the large scale workpieces and equipment. If the whole metal is attached with one layer of thin and transparent oil film, dehydration is completely finished. There should not be water bubble or air bubble on the oil film.
　　4. Bottom of the oilcan must be designed into taper type with valve so that cleaning agent and infectant at the bottom can be periodically removed. Mobile metal net or multi-hole disc should be equipped 100mm away from bottom of the groove. The above two measures can prevent the oil layer from deteroprating and keep the dehydrating effect and rust proof quality.
 
     
  IV Packing :
　　1. Packing, mark, storage, transportation, mixing, check and accept are all carried out according to SH0164.
　　2. Packing: 160kg galvanized barrel .
