TS-1 Dehydration and Rust Preventive Oil
I Purpose:
　　 It can remove moisture on the surface of the metal and attach one layer of rust preventive oil film to protect the metal from rust with dehydration and rust preventive function. Moreover, it fits for ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, as well as workpieces or equipment that are wet and need dehydration and seal after processing, manufacture or cleaning, such as processing workshop, surface treatment workshop, thermal treatment workshop, water cleaning agent workshop, dehydration and seal of parts before being stored, or workpieces that will touch the water while working and need seal when running stops. Therefore, it is one new kind of rust preventive oil and can keep more than two months rust preventive period in the process of working.

  III Method of Application:
　　1.Parts with oil or scrap iron on the surface should be cleaned in benzene or in surfactant then they can be put into the dehydrated oil; thermal treatment scrap salt and abrasive paste should be cleaned in the cleaning agent, then they can be put into the dehydrated oil after being washed. The immerging period should be one minute and the parts should be swayed at intervals. As for those parts with small opening and foramen cecum, they should be turned over and swayed so that the dehydration can be completely carried out.
　　2.Bottom of the oilcan must be designed into taper type with valve so that cleaning agent and infectant at the bottom can be periodically removed. Mobile net type or multi-hole disc should be equipped from 50 to 100mm away from water of the groove.
  
     
  IV Notices:
　　The oil should be clean, clear and transparent and they should be filtered if they are still turbid after one night rest. Every week the dehydration and water-soluble acid and alkali of the oil should be assured, acid value should be checked every two weeks.
