903 antirust grease for seal

it is suitable for long oil seal of metal workpiece such as bearing, tool, machinery and ordnance. The film can cling on metal surface firmly that can prevent corrosion of moister and air, especially for antisepticise of sea water. The anti rust period can reach over two years.

  ¢ó. Application Mode:
¡¡¡¡1. Cleaning: it should dip workpieces into abstersion oil and then take general brush and careful brush respectively (the abstersion oil can use burning kerosene with adding 5-10% 902 type rust preventive oil). It has no need to clean when the oil film is perfect in rated conditions if takes rust preventive oil (902 type) as rust preventive oil seal for working procedure.
¡¡¡¡2. Oil seal: it can dip workpieces into fused antisepsis grease one minute after cleaning (it can accord technology of every enterprise to heat, but it should not be higher than 100¡æ) or use 20% industrial gasoline to brush.
¡¡¡¡3. Remove the seal: it can clean by industrial gasoline or coal oil of lamp.		  
     
  ¢ô. Notice:
¡¡¡¡1. It forbids mixing other anti rust materials during use to avoid quality for different prescription.
¡¡¡¡2. If there is additional deposit during use, it can abandon the upward oil layer and use the rest.
