TY-901 Rust Preventive Oil for Storage
I Purpose:
　　 This product is one kind of quasi flow rust preventive oil with high viscidity and its oil film can be firmly attached to surface of the metal, avoiding moisture and the air and obviously lessening the harm of sea water on the metal. Fit for indoor long term oil seal of metal processing materials, such as bearing, machine tool, tool and ordnance with two years rust preventive period. As this product is in the form of dense oil, therefore it is more convenient for deep hole perforation than wax products.

  III Method of Application:
　　1.Cleaning: put the workpieces into cleaning oil with 5% of this product, then wash it with brush for two times (the cleaning oil can be matched with industrial benzene or kerosene of light, generally speaking the gasoline for auto has tetra-ethyl lead and it can not be used).
　　2.Oil Seal: coating, brushing and spraying are all available under room temperature.
　　3.Remove the seal: generally speaking, as for the reprocessing, seal of the oil film can not be removed, or industrial benzene or kerosene of light can be used.
　　4.As for long term oil seal, it can be carried out if the oil seal is well made, or it must be cleaned firstly .		  
     
  IV Notices:
　　1.Different metal joint parts should pass the test if this rust preventive oil is adopted.
　　2.Oil seal should be periodically checked if it is used for long term; state of malfunction should be well solved with factory . 		 
     
  V Packing Sampling, Storage and Transportation:
　　1.Packing, mark, storage, transportation, delivery, check and accept are all carried out according to SH0164.
　　2.Sampling of this product should be carried out according to GB4756.
　　3.170kg galvanized barrel, or 20kg iron can .
